We believe in Performance Excellence - a continuous process which supports the induction, training and development of every single employee across the business. Every new employee begins with an e-induction, which will introduce you to the company and its culture before you even start work, you'll go through an induction period, supported by an experience buddy and then ongoing you will regular one-to-ones with your line manager to make sure your day to day performance is on track.

Each individual has a personal development plan, which is reviewed regularly to make sure your own development (career and personal) stays on the agenda.
