The Royal Horseguards is a stunning 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

The Role

Provides a warm welcome to anyone entering the Hotel. Has an operational knowledge of all concierge / reception services and procedures. To be multiscale across the front of house areas Able to explain city activities and seasonal promotions in London Be aware of all VIP reservations on arrival and in house and VIP visitors. Ensure that all guest arrival and departure administrative functions are carried out correctly inclusive of luggage handling and safe storage. Provide up to date general customer information, message acceptance and offer assistance and help at all times.
