The Hard Rock Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel in the West End of London, just off Oxford Street. The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

The Role

Our Concierge team provide that all important first impression for so many of our guests, so they are always on stage! Taking responsibility for that initial welcome and taking the opportunity to really get to know the guests and anticipate their individual needs.

Responsible for welcoming guests, detailing bedroom facilities and promoting hotel services and products you should be discreet and responsible. You will undertake errands on behalf of guests and share your comprehensive local knowledge of the restaurants and attractions in London in order to enhance their stay.
