The Hard Rock Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel in the West End of London, just off Oxford Street. The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

The Role

As a Door Person you will be responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel and creating that all important first impression. Discreet and responsible, you will share your comprehensive local knowledge and promote the hotel services and products in order to ensure a seamless guest experience. As part of the lobby team you will be on the front line, ensuring standards are maintained at all times and providing the highest standards of guest service.
