The Role

At Thistle Hotels all our team members know that they are always on stage, as every member of the team has a part to play in ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and have a positive experience.

As a Porter you will be responsible for providing a porterage service to for the Housekeeping team. In order to ensure that all guest rooms are presented to brand standards you will collect and deliver supplies for guest rooms and assist the Room Attendants with linen removal and replenishment. You will support with the daily operations of the linen room to ensure that all stock is managed correctly, as well as assisting the housekeeping team with management of lost property where necessary.

No experience is necessary, as full training will be given, but you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a real passion for great service.
