Located on the corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane, we pay tribute to former residents such as Jimi Hendrix, Diana Ross, Bob Dylan and Buddy Holly with an incredible memorabilia collection and original artwork in every bedroom.

The hotel boasts an onsite Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock Cocktail Bar, Hotel GMT Bar and a Rock Royalty Lounge. So, whether our guests are ready to rock London’s nightlife, enjoy a well-earned family holiday, host that all-important business meeting or indulge in a romantic evening for two, they will find everything they need " because, in the end, everyone wants to be treated like a rock star.

The Role

Are you an experienced Chef who can demonstrate innovation and entrepreneurial flare, who can inspire your team and delight your guests? If you are, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently looking for an Executive Head Chef to take responsibility for the smooth running of our busy kitchen operations. You will ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently while managing the profitability and providing consistently excellent food that exceeds guests expectations. Your team will provide all food for guest breakfasts, a la carte menus, Banquets, Buffets and Bars as well as food for their colleagues on a daily basis, and you will have ultimate responsibility for the recruitment, training and development of your team and be accountable for engagement within your department.

If you have experience within a similar environment; an excellent knowledge of Health & Safety standards and the ability to develop a truly guest focussed team to their full potential please send us your CV.
