The Cumberland Hotel is a 4-star deluxe hotel in the West End of London, just off Oxford Street. The hotel offers a combination of contemporary design throughout 1019 bedrooms, as well as meeting rooms and the modern Brasserie restaurant. The hotel also has its own destination Momentus bar, as well as a dedicated conference centre.

The Role

As Room Service Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering high standards of guest service and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved positively. You will be supervising a team of Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure that all Room Service orders are delivered accurately and on time during your shift. Leading by example you will have a real desire to drive the business forward and progress your career within hospitality. You will be supervising a large team in 24/7 operation so flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
