Our Hotel Support Office a modern office located close to Warren Street and Euston Square stations in central London. Conveniently located with great transport links this friendly open plan office houses several of the key support functions for glh Hotels including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing and Central Revenue.

The Role

We are currently looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join our Central Support Office in Euston, Central London.

The Role:

  • Maintenance of master data and data integration of SAP, BW and other Finance Systems
  • Identifying and resolving systems and reporting issues
  • Systems support for the central and hotel finance teams including account administration, user training and support
  • SAP upgrade project management
  • Project work e.g. revise Chart of Accounts to improve ease of reporting; and revise intercompany processes and reporting
  • Loading budgets and forecasts into SAP
  • SLA compliance reporting and relationship with systems integrator
  • On-going reporting of system improvement opportunities
  • Ownership of systems strategy, roadmap, documentation and manuals

What we look for

  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and BW 7.4
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Knowledge of COPA beneficial
  • Experience in systems finance
  • Finance background with sound understanding of financial reporting
