Our Support Office a modern office located close to Old Street and Barbican in central London. This friendly open plan office houses several of the key support functions including Sales, Human Resources, Marketing and Central Revenue. Conveniently located with great transport links the office is the London base for the back office functions of Guoman and Thistle.
The Role
Maintain regular contact with company debtors and chase outstanding payments
Raising and issuing of statements and invoices
Posting of payments and receipts on accounts software to company accounts
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Produce debtor reports for more senior members of the finance department
Represent the company in a professional manner
Help support an effective credit process from new customer inception to payment and aged debt control
Providing support across the office with all aspects of administration where and when its required
Work proactively with colleagues across the company taking the initiative to resolve issues as they arise
What we look for
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role
Strong Communication skills
Confident on the telephone
Able to prioritise workload efficiently
Ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
Willingness to learn and develop
Positive Attitude
Able to work to strict deadlines
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
