This Role is based at Thistle Holborn- The Kingsley, covering the Thistle Cluster for Meetings, Events and Groups. The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.
The Role
To ensure that the needs of all Groups & M&E clients are met and exceeded from initial enquiry through the event to close of billing and follow up.
To actively promote the property and maximise opportunities to sell meeting space, both through proactive selling and via exceptional customer service.
To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the event through event planning and briefing of the operational teams
